It is particularly suitable for gentle cooking. This system is featured with excellent abrasion resistance and extraordinary long-lasting non-stick effect, developed for professional use. The 6mm thick thermal base is INDUCTION SUITABLE for all Series 3 products. That saves time and money. It ensures extremely efficient heat transfer and does not warp even at the highest temperatures.
