Use and Care:

• Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat quickly
• Use silicone or wood untensils to help the coating last longer
• Do not use sharp or metal utensils, do not cut food in the pan
• Use a little high smoke point oil for cooking, avoid spray oils which deteriorate the coating
• Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan
• Hand wash with a soft sponge, or soft brush and warm soapy water
• Avoid abrasive detergents and harsh scourers such as steel wool
• Allow your cookware to cool down before washing
• Putting a hot pan in cold water can cause thermal shock and warp the pan
• If carbonisation of oil occurs when overheated, creating a sticky residue on the surface of the pan, clean as follows. Half fill the pan with water and bring to a simmer for a few minutes. Pour out the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge
