The Scanpan Classic cookware range showcases a GreenTek non-stick coating which is 100% PFOA free, meaning it's suitable for your family and the environment. The heavy-duty, pressure-cast aluminum body has an extra-thick base for quick, even heating which is perfect for cooking such as frying, searing, or sauteing. The frypan is compatible with all cooking surfaces, except induction. The extraordinarily hard exterior surface is a ceramic and titanium nonstick cooking surface that is impossible to scrape away, even with metal utensils. Plus, it's dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The sloped sides make it easy to slide a spatula under food to flip or lift it out. Patented spring-lock handle stays cool during normal stovetop use and is also oven safe from up to 260°C. Scanpan is designed and manufactured in Denmark and offers a lifetime warranty.
