  • Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, you can return the unused product within 100 DAYS of purchase. We will issue a refund (excluding postage costs) as long as the product is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged Item Guarantee: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at our cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for this guarantee.
  • Faulty Item Assurance: Should your item develop a fault after delivery, we will thoroughly assess your claim and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, full refund, or other suitable solution.

For health and hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items: Towels, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Quilt Covers, Sheet Sets, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors.

How do I Return an Item

To return an item, simply fill in this Return Authorisation Form to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. This is important to ensure that the return item can be processed.

Carefully pack and return the item to us by post with a copy of the Return Authorisation Number. Please note that return postage due to change-of-mind/incorrect choice is at the customer's cost and risk.

Once we receive the returned item we will refund the amount you paid for the product, or you may exchange for another item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
