The Stanley Rogers Lightweight Cast Iron Cook Pan is not your traditional cast iron pan. It is designed to be 50% lighter than regular cast iron pans making them easier to handle and lift. This pan is also made to be highly rust-resistant and the brushed stainless steel handle reduces heat transfer so it does not get extremely hot like traditional cast iron pans. The lightweight cast iron pan retains heat well in the thick base making it ideal for searing, browning, and grilling food ensuring the same delicious results.
