• It is our advice to pre-warm the unit with boiling water and allow it to stand for five minutes to gain the best outcome of keeping a beverage hot.
• The vessel stays hotter longest when filled up to the thread line on the interior. Half-filled vessels will not stay hot as long.

• Hot water from the tap can in no way be expected to stay hot as compared with boiling water.
