The pans designed by David Chipperfield feature a fantastic, minimalist design. They are made of Tri-Ply, consisting of an inner layer of steel, a layer of aluminium, and another layer of stainless steel for durability. The pans are designed for comfortable and convenient use, with handles that provide a good grip and limit the transfer of heat from the pan to the hands.

• Convivio is a series of pots, pans and cooking utensils, which was developed as a versatile, high-performance cookware set, characterised by formal simplicity and refined textures. 
• By analysing vegetarian cooking together with Michelin starred chef Pietro Leemann, the various utensils have been optimally aligned to each other in terms of dimension, typology and technology, making them universal while being particularly suitable for preparing vegetables and pulses. 
• The name Convivio pays homage to cooking as an act that is both aesthetic and convivial, building a community spirit by gathering people around the preparation and the pleasure of food.
• Convivio can be used on all heat sources.

The Set Includes:

• High cooking pot - diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of 10 liters, with a height of 17 cm.
• Cooking pot - diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of 3.1 liters, with a height of 10 cm.
• Low cooking pot - diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 2.7 liters, with a height of 6.5 cm.
• Saucepan - diameter of 16 cm and a capacity of 1.8 liters, with a height of 9 cm.

Maintenance:

• The best way to maintain the pans is to clean them with a sponge, warm water, and dish soap.
• The use of metal scouring pads is not recommended.
• Although the pans are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
