This takes the time out for having to season the pans and makes them super easy to clean. Blacklock is 25% lighter than the standard lodge pans but still made with high quality and durable cast iron. The handles have also been reinvented with cutouts at the centre of the handles to allow airflow to keep the handles cooler for longer.
The 10.25inch/26cm skillet is marked with the number 96 on the base. This marks the year that Joseph Lodge started the business that has flourished to the new Blacklock range of today.
